History*: Chlorine's past was lost to memory after the experiments done on her. Having hoped to improve the power of the elementals by installing the chemical compounds to young hosts, Chlorine was stolen away from her family with her twin sister. While her twin retains some fragments of past memories, Chlorine only has her locket and a photo of her and her sister to establish that she has a past and a family. She was taken in by a kindly old scholar who took care of her. For a long while Chlorine was secure in life, but one stormy night, plagued by nightmares, Chlorine slipped into bed with her surrogate father and through her fit, released her chlorine compound into the air, tragically killing the man in his sleep. Horrified at awakening to find him deceased, and unaware of her part in his death, she ran away from the scene. For weeks she lived, barely eking out a living before Outerland scientists discovered her whereabouts. Trying to capture her and return her to the labs, they were interrupted by the appearance of another Elemental. Radium helped free Chlorine, and because of a good heart, allowed her to stay with him, becoming her newest guardian. Chlorine easily fell into step along her new mentor, and speedily fell into adoration and awe of her mysterious rescuer.
Other*: Chlorine always tries to look on the bright side of things. She's chipper, shy, naive, and not just a little gullible. She's an average, youthful nine year old.
